These are the rules for using this website. I wrote them in plain words. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What this is
This site belongs to Amanda Class (“I” or “me”). It shares who I am, what I build and how to reach me. Contact: admin@amandaclass.com.
Reading this site does not make you a client. Working together needs a separate written agreement.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. If you use the site for a business, you confirm you can speak for that business.
How you can use it
You may read the site, link to it, and email me. Please do not:
- Copy, sell or republish my writing, images, designs or code without my written yes.
- Try to break, scrape, overload or get around the protections on the site.
- Use the site to break the law or harm others.
- Send false information about yourself or your business.
What belongs to me
The writing, design, logo, photos and other content on this site belong to Amanda Class or are used with permission. You get no ownership of them by visiting. Teachers, tools and brands I mention belong to their owners.
What you send me
You own what you send me. By sending it, you let me use it to answer you and to run my business. I will not post your name, words or business as a testimonial or example without asking you first.
No promise of results
What I share is based on my own experience and what I am building. I do not promise any income, customers, sales or other result. Your results depend on your business, your market and your work. Examples and numbers are not a guarantee of what you will get.
Not professional advice
This site is for education. It is not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice. Please talk to a licensed professional before you make big decisions.
Other people’s sites
I link to and use tools from other people. I do not control them and I am not responsible for them. Use them under their own rules.
As is
I work to keep the site accurate and running, but I provide it “as is,” without promises that it will always be available, error free or complete. I may change or remove parts of it at any time.
Limit on what I am responsible for
To the most the law allows, I am not responsible for indirect or lost-profit damages from using this site. If I am found responsible for anything, it is limited to the amount you paid me for the thing that caused the problem, or $100 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so some of this may not apply to you.
Claims about copyright
If you believe something on this site copies your work, see the DMCA page.
Your information
How I handle your information is on the Privacy page. By using the site, you agree to it.
Changes
I may change these terms. The date at the top will change when I do, and using the site after that means you accept the new terms.
Which laws apply
These terms follow United States law and the law of the state where Amanda Class is based. If we cannot settle a problem by talking first, you agree to try to settle it with me by email before going to court.
If part of this does not work
If a court says one part of these terms is not allowed, the rest stays in effect. If I do not enforce a rule once, I can still enforce it later.
