Privacy
This page explains what information Amanda Class collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. I wrote it in plain words. If anything is unclear, email me.
Who I am
Amanda Class is my business. “I” and “me” mean Amanda Class. You can reach me at admin@amandaclass.com.
By using this website, you agree to this privacy page.
What I collect
Information you give me:
- Your email and anything you choose to share when you email me or use the Work With Me form (your name, email, what the note is about, timing, audience and your message).
- Anything you send me later, like a reply or a file.
Information collected automatically:
- My hosting provider sees basic technical details so it can show you the pages, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for.
- When the Google Form on the Work With Me page loads, Google may set its own cookies. See the Do Not Track page.
This site does not currently use analytics tools or advertising pixels. If that changes, I will update this page first.
Why I use it
- To read and answer your message.
- To run the business, keep records and keep this site working and safe.
- To follow the law.
- To send you updates, but only if you ask for them. There is no email list yet.
Why I am allowed to use it
I use your information because you sent it to me and asked for a reply, because it helps me run a small business in a fair way, or because the law requires it. If I ever need your consent, I will ask.
Who sees it
I do not sell your personal information. I share it only with:
- Tools that help me run the business, like Google (email and forms), my website host, and an email platform if I start a list.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
- A buyer, if the business is ever sold. I would tell you.
These tools can only use your information to do their job for me.
How long I keep it
I keep your information for as long as I need it to answer you, keep business records, follow the law and protect myself in a dispute. After that I delete it or make it anonymous.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask me to show you what I have, fix it, delete it, limit how I use it, or stop using it for marketing. Email admin@amandaclass.com. I may need to confirm it is really you. I will not treat you differently for asking.
You can unsubscribe from any marketing email with the link in that email.
Children
This site is for adults. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect information from children. If I find I have, I will delete it.
Keeping it safe
I take reasonable steps to protect your information, like using trusted tools and limiting who can see it. No website or email can be made fully secure, so please do not send sensitive records such as bank details, passwords or customer or employee files.
Cookies and tracking
Right now this site sets no cookies of its own for analytics or ads. The embedded Google Form may use Google cookies. If I add analytics or ads later, I will say so here and give you a way to say no. Read more on the Do Not Track page.
Other countries
I am based in the United States, and your information may be handled here or wherever my tools run. Privacy laws in other places may be different from the laws where you live.

This site links to other places, like Instagram. This page does not cover them. Please read their privacy pages too.
Changes
I may update this page. The date at the top will change when I do. If a change is big, I will say so on the site.
